How do I know what financing program will be successful in my practice?
A successful patient financing program will result in a strong, consistent approval rate, cost effective practice fees and increased treatment acceptance.  In addition, sufficient training and support must be provided enabling the office to gain the comfort level necessary to implement and administer.  It is very important that the practice utilize the program consistently as the practice’s first lending program for a sufficient period of time, based on application submission, to truly measure the performance of the program.  A sufficient sampling is key for an accurate measurement.

What consumer credit scores do you approve?
Credit score is one of many criteria used to make a credit decision.  Utilizing a “scorecard” approval method, which encompasses several criteria ranges, gives patients of varying credit scores the opportunity to become approved for the program.  There is no “bottom” credit score to determine in a patient will be approved.  Truly the only way to know if a patient will be approved is to have them apply.

What type of training/customer support will ALL Care provide to my practice?
Upon acceptance into the program your practice will immediately be assigned a single point of contact.  Your representative will conduct immediate and on-going training utilizing the Internet.  This engaging, interactive training session is available to all members of the staff that will be involved in the process at any time.  Your representative will pro-actively contact the practice to answer any questions and assist the practice in cost effectively maximizing the program.

What type of equipment do I need to utilize the ALL Care Program?

How does my practice get paid?
Payments are sent, typically within 48 hours, via ACH to the checking account listed by the practice on their enrollment paperwork.

How do my patients apply for an ALL Care Card?
Your patient will complete and sign the short credit application we will supply you with and provide it to your staff. Your staff will have 24/7 access to a secured website where they can submit the patient’s information and receive a credit decision within minutes.
